Support and Contact Information
The Empire Area Museum is supported by a dedicated team of members and volunteers, as well as visitors, who help keep the museum open and operational by contributing their time, resources, and donations.

The museum is always looking for members and volunteers to help with museum maintenance, asset cataloging, historical demonstrations, and other projects. Volunteer docents are also needed to staff the museum during open hours and assist with museum tours and special events.


Museum members enjoy many benefits, including free access to the History Hounds lecture series provided by the Michigan Historical Society. Please consider supporting the museum as a member or volunteer, and contact us!
